The Annual Meeting of Members of the Country Club of Darien, Inc. will be held at the Clubhouse, 300 Mansfield Avenue, Darien, Connecticut on Saturday, December 10^th, 2022, at 10:00 am, for the following purposes:

1.     Election of Members of the Board of Directors.
2.     Election of Members of the Nominating Committee for the 2023 Annual Meeting.
3.     Consideration of such other matters as may come before the meeting.
